A native of East Tennessee, I have called the greater Chattanooga area home my entire life — and for more than 30 years, real estate has been at the heart of everything I do. My experience spans residential construction, land development, commercial real estate, investing, and home and land sales, rooted in a childhood spent alongside a family deeply involved in building and shaping communities. That early immersion grew into a lifelong calling.
 
After college, my husband Dennis and I built our first home together — a formative experience that clarified my purpose: to guide others through one of life’s most significant and meaningful investments. That commitment has only deepened over the decades, culminating in our work together as the Tumlin Homes & Land Team.

As lifelong East Tennesseans and proud University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduates, we bring both professional expertise and genuine love for this region to every client relationship.
